Return and Other Policies

Thank you for entering into this collaboration with Cristina Spataro, Certified Professional Coach, via her online course.

By purchasing a course, you agree to the terms as noted below.

All coaching sessions or teachings provided by Cristina Spataro through these courses are meant to challenge, uplift and support you emotionally. However the coaching services and teachings provided by Cristina Spataro through these courses are not to be considered by any means as psychotherapy. If you are feeling psychologically stressed to the point where it is interfering with your ability to function, then you must seek the psychological help that you require from a mental health professional licensed in your state of residence. Life Coaching offered through online courses may augment traditional psychotherapy, but the work of coaching whether one on one or through online courses is meant to be done when major emotional and psychological wounds are already healing or healed. In that spirit please read the following and only purchase this course should you agree to each statement and wish to proceed.

Terms:

- I understand that life coaching services I will be receiving from Cristina Spataro via this course are not being offered as a substitute for traditional mental health care. I also understand that Cristina Spataro, is not acting for the purposes of our working relationship via an online course as a psychotherapist and does not purport to offer mental health services in the context of this online course.

- I understand that Cristina Spataro will maintain the confidentiality of our communications only to the extent defined by the laws of the states in which each of us resides.

- I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being during my coaching calls and classes and subsequently including my choices and decisions.

- I understand that all comments and ideas offered by Cristina Spataro are solely for the purpose of aiding me in achieving my defined goals. I have the ability to give my informed consent and hereby give such consent to Cristina Spataro to assist me in achieving my goals through this course and through any private coaching calls I may at some point schedule.

- I understand that this agreement is for the purchase of this single course. I further understand that no refunds will be given for this course at any time and for any reason.

Program Materials

The parties agree that any Program Materials received or downloaded from Therapy Through  Movies are proprietary and the Client agrees not to copy or share the Program Materials with anyone without the express written or verbal consent of Cristina Spataro.

Compensation:

Client agrees to pay Cristina Spataro through the Therapy Through Movies site the full stated price of the course at the time of payment. Should this course ever be offered at a different price after the client, purchaser has paid  said price, the purchaser is not entitled to any refund at any time for any reason. Course modules  will be provided in increments either weekly, biweekly or monthly depending on Cristina Spataro ‘s design of the course. The timing and method of delivery  is entirely at the discretion of Cristina Spataro.

Confidentiality Agreement:

The conversations that Cristina Spataro has with the client within their time in the program are confidential and will be protected as such. Information will be shared outside of coaching sessions only with the written consent of the client or in the event a court judge or other legal entity with legal authority demands it. The following however are instances where Cristina Spataro would be obligated by law to break the confidentiality agreement without the client's permission.

- If it is assessed during your participation in the program or coaching sessions that abuse or neglect of children or elders is occurring.

- If in the presence of the coach the client threatens to kill or harm another individual and the coach is convinced that the client will act on this threat or may lose control of their actions.

- If at any time during the course of the sessions or coursework, the coach determines that the client poses a danger to themselves, the coach will inform the client of that opinion and make every effort to keep the client from endangering their life. In certain cases that may include notifying the police or family members.

Waiver of Liability:

- I hereby release, waive, acquit and further discharge Cristina Spataro from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of actions omissions or commissions taken by myself or by Cristina Spataro as a result of the advice given by Cristina Spataro or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship through this program contemplated hereunder. I further declare and represent that no promise inducement or agreement not herein expressed has been made to me to enter into this release. The release made pursuant to this paragraph shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representative, successors assigns and agents. I've read the statements above and I understand and agree with the points contained therein .
